What does Extended DISC measure? Extended DISC measures both the hard-wired and adjusted DISC styles. DISC measures dimensions of your personality and behaviours. It does not measure intelligence, aptitude, mental health, or values. DISC profiles describe behaviour in various situations - for example, how you respond to challenges, influence others, your preferred pace, communication style and how you respond to rules and procedures. It measures tendencies & preferences, or patterns of behaviour, with no judgment regarding value or alignment with a skill set or job classification. It is a tool for dialogue, not diagnosis. In its broadest sense, DISC measures four aspects of personality: - Dominance (D) - Influence (I) - Steadiness (S) - Conscientiousness (C) These are the foundational traits from the original DISC model. What will I receive? - A detailed analysis and bespoke report about your natural behavioural style Vs your workplace style (your perceived style). - The report shows how well suited you are to your organisation, role & team and helps you to understand how this may be impacting your energy and motivation levels. - An overview of your work tendencies, needs, motivations / de-motivation's, preferred working environments, your leadership style, and your unique strategies for effective behaviour at work - 1 hour feedback session with Fay, who is an Extended DISC qualified assessor & certified coach. - Fay will explain the report and provide an understanding of your natural or preferred style Vs the style you present at work (with colleagues, within teams, in your role, with your stakeholders etc).
