A deeper three-month coaching and mentoring partnership for professionals facing something bigger than a single moment: a career transition, feeling stuck or overlooked, or a sense that it is time to step up without yet knowing how. How It Works We begin with a 90-minute Deep Dive to explore your context fully and surface the themes shaping where you are now. We then meet every two to three weeks across three months, so there is time to try things, reflect and build lasting change.
