A premium six-month coaching and mentoring partnership for complex or high-stakes moments, where confidence, clarity and identity all matter: stepping into a bigger role, rebuilding confidence after a difficult period, navigating a transition or reimagining what is next. This partnership blends coaching and mentoring with a grounded, psychologically informed approach. How It Works We begin with a 90-minute Deep Dive and your Extended DISC® debrief, to understand where you are and how you work best. We then meet roughly every two weeks across six months, flexing to your goals and energy.
