Then three phases, guided by my Explore, Dream, Discover framework: ✧ Phase I, Explore (6 sessions, including the Kick-Off): strengths, values, identity, career patterns and confidence blocks, clarifying what is misaligned and rebuilding self-trust ✧ Phase II, Dream (5 sessions): thinking expansively, challenging assumptions and imagining possibilities that feel bold and believable ✧ Phase III, Discover (3 sessions): clarifying direction, building your transition plan and refining your narrative, including Extended DISC®, CV and LinkedIn Most clients begin with the Kick-Off or Phase I, then pause and review before continuing, with no pressure beyond what you have chosen.
