Complimentary Exploratory Call

Service Description

Choosing to invest in career coaching is a big step, emotionally, financially and practically. This complimentary 45-minute call is your chance to talk it through properly before you decide anything. I am an ICF-trained coach with 19+ years’ experience across HR, recruitment and executive search. I have sat on both sides of the table, so you will get honest, practical perspective on your situation, not just questions back. How It Works A relaxed, confidential conversation on Zoom or by phone. You share where you are and what is prompting you to look for support. I listen carefully, offer initial reflections and answer any questions about how I work. What We Will Cover ✔️ Where you are in your career and what feels challenging right now ✔️ What you want to change, strengthen or decide ✔️ My honest first reflections, drawing on what I see across HR and hiring ✔️ Which support, if any, would genuinely help, from a CV refresh to longer-term coaching ✔️ Any questions you have, so you can decide your next step with clarity What You Will Leave With ✧ A clearer view of what is really going on ✧ At least one practical next step, whether or not we work together ✧ A straightforward recommendation, with no pressure to commit Clients often tell me they leave the call feeling clearer and lighter, sometimes simply from having the space to talk things through. Is This the Right Fit? Whether you are considering a career change, preparing for promotion, navigating redundancy or restructure, or simply feeling stuck, this call is entirely about you. Exploring support funded by your employer? We can talk that through too. ☕ Ready to Begin? Book a time that suits you. I would love to hear what is next for you.
